1) Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Caere India (“Caere”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit https://www.caereindia.com/ (the “Site”), interact with us, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws—including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where relevant, the EU/UK GDPR—Caere India is the data controller (or “data fiduciary” under the DPDP Act) for personal data we process about you.
